摘要
节流阀片厚度是减振器的关键参数,决定和影响减振器的阻尼特性。利用车辆参数和平安比,得到了减振器分段线性阻尼系数,建立了与车辆最佳阻尼匹配所需减振器的速度特性。根据减振器速度特性要求,建立了基于车辆参数的阀片厚度曲线拟合优化设计方法。通过实例,对某汽车减振器阀片厚度进行了优化设计,与厂家图纸标注值进行了比较,对设计减振器进行了阻尼特性试验和整车振动试验,并与原车载减振器整车振动特性进行对比。结果表明,基于车辆参数的阀片厚度优化设计方法是正确的,参数设计值准确、可靠,设计的减振器与车辆达到了最佳阻尼匹配。
The throttle slice thickness is the key factor that affects vehicle vibration characteristic. In this paper, according to the vehicle parameters and the ratio of smoothness to safety, the velocity characteristic of telescopic damper is got, which is demanded for the optimal damping matching to suspension. Then the optimization design method of curve fitting is established for throltle slice thickness. A practical design example of throttle slice thickness of telescopic damper is given, and the designed values are compared with those shown on the factory blueprints . The tests on performances and whole vehicle vibration were conducted for the telescopic damper designed, and compared with the original one. The results show that the design method of throttle slice thickness based on the vehicle parameters is correct, the designed value is reliable and precise, and the dampers provide the optimum damping matching to the whole vehicle.
