摘要
介绍阳谷祥光铜业700kt/a烟气制酸系统的工艺、主要设备和运行情况,这是奥托昆普技术公司高浓度转化专有技术在全球的首次应用。装置投产以来运行良好,进转化器φ(SO_2)一般在14%~16%,平均转化率达99.93%以上,尾气ρ(SO_2)约292mg/m^3;未产生任何造成冶炼系统停车的问题。实践证明,该制酸系统的设计、施工及技术、设备的选择较为成功。
Process, equipment and operation of Yanggu Xiangguang Copper' s 700 kt/a metallurgical acid plant are described. This is the first introduction of Outokumpu Technology' s high-SO2 conversion proprietary technology globally. Since put into production, the plant operated well. The gas at the inlet of converter contained 14% - 16% SO2 and over 99. 93% SO2 was converted to SO3, leaving about 292 mg/m^3 SO2 in tail gas. There hasn't been any upset occurring that caused shutdown of smelting system. It means a good success in design, construction, process and equipment choice of the plant.
