锌精矿氧化焙烧与酸化焙烧工艺互补探讨

摘要 将锌精矿氧化焙烧产生的沸尘(锅炉尘和旋风分离器尘)掺入酸化焙烧锌精矿中,在酸化焙烧炉中再次焙烧,以取消沸尘的二次焙烧,降低环境污染和生产成本。通过理论计算和在生产过程中的摸索,选择15%~20%的配入比例和适当的操作条件,确保了酸化焙烧的正常进行和所产酸化焙砂的质量。 Dusts collected from boiler and cyclones during oxidizing roasting of zinc concentrate was incorporated into zinc concentrate that is fed to acidifying roaster instead of separate secondary roasting, to decrease environmental pollution and production cost. Through theoretic calculation and probing in production process, 15% - 20% mixing ratio and appropriate operating conditions were determined, ensuring normal operation of acidifying roaster and zinc calcine quality.
