摘要
针对部分电站锅炉暖风器或热风循环装置投运率低于10%,甚至闲置不用的问题,分析了取消暖风器或热风循环装置的可行性。分析认为,可以取消从不投运的暖风器或热风循环装置;对于投运率低于10%的暖风器或热风循环装置取消与否需要根据可行性研究确定。取消暖风器或热风循环装置可使送风系统电耗降低5%~10%,经济效益十分可观。
Directing against problems concerning the rate of putting steam air- heater or hot air circulating facility into service is lower than 10% ,even being left unused for a long - term,the feasibility of abolishing said facilities has been analysed. It is believed from a- nalysis that the said facilities having never been put into service can be abolished,while the said facilities with rate of putting them into service being lower than 10% ,whether to be abolished or not,it is necessary to carry out feasibility study. Abolishing the steam air -heater or hot air circulating facility can make electricity consumption of the air supplying system to be decreased by 5%-10% ,the economic benefit is very remarkable.
