Experimental Study of Seepage Dynamics during Heap Leaching Process

摘要 针对堆浸过程中的堵塞现象,采用混合矿酸浸模拟机械堵塞、硫化矿菌浸模拟化学堵塞,在各自柱浸试验中定期监测了渗流速度和压力值,并基于马克威分析系统回归分析了渗透系数随浸出时间变化的规律。研究表明,化学堵塞对渗流的影响比机械堵塞严重。 In view of the occurrence of blockage during heap leaching, mechanical and chemical blockage were separately simulated by acid leaching of mixing ore and bacterial leaching of sulfide ore. The seepage velocity and pressure value were regularly monitored during each column leaching test, and a regression analysis has been done on the rule of coefficient of permeability changing with leaching time. Results show that chemical blockage has more serious impact on seepage than mechanical blockage.
