摘要
针对小秦岭一带产出的极具代表性的多金属石英脉矿石的性质特征,通过多种方案比较,制定出浮选-氰化浸出-浮选的选冶联合工艺,使矿石中的金、钼、铅、硫等多种成分得到综合回收。以此工艺建设投产的选厂获得品位大于45%、回收率86%的钼精矿,品位26%的铅精矿和品位25%的硫精矿,金的氰化浸出回收率达到56%,很好地实现了该矿石资源的综合利用,并获得了良好的经济效益。
In light of the properties of the pyrite-quartz-vein polymetallic ore in Xiaoqinling area, after comparing many schemes, an effective flowsheet of flotation-cyanide leaching-flotation was proposed to ensure the comprehensive recovery of gold, molybdenum, lead and sulfur. For the plant constructed and then been put into production based on this new technique, a molybdenum concentrate with a grade of above 45% and a recovery of 86% , a lead concentrate with a grade of 26% , and a sulfur concentrate with a grade of 25% can be produced, while the recovery for gold cyanide leaching reaches 56%. The comprehensive utilization of ore resource can therewith be successfully actualized and great economic benefits can be attained.
