摘要
从桔梗土壤微生物群落总数测定入手探讨土壤微生物群落对桔梗产量和品质的影响,结果表明桔梗根际土壤微生物中的细菌群落主要影响桔梗的药用部位的重量,并在一定程度上影响了桔梗叶片重和主根重,桔梗根际土壤微生物中的真菌群落主要影响桔梗的浸出物含量,并在一定程度上影响了桔梗多糖含量、叶片重、主根重和直须根重等。
From approaching of the soil microbial communities influence on the yield and quality of Platycodon grandiflorum, which was presumed by counting the entire soil microbial communities. It indicated that bacteria communities in the rhizosphere soil of Platycodon grandiflorum take main influence on the mass of medicinal parts of Platycodon grandiflorum, and have certain influence on the mass of blade and main root. The fungal communities in the rhizosphere soil of Platycodon grandiflorum take main influence on the content of extract of Platycodon grandiflorum, and have certain influence on the content of polysaccharides and the mass of blade, main root and fibrous root.ect.
