摘要
深入研究夹层约束阻尼梁结构的减振特性,在此基础上扩展敷设多处支撑层的约束阻尼,建立多点铺设支撑层约束阻尼梁的振动特性模型。利用粘弹性材料的M axwell模型、假设模态法、有限元理论和力学原理,结合功能特性方程和Lagrange方程,导出增设支撑层约束阻尼梁的振动位移响应方程。通过对敷设双支撑约束阻尼简支梁在支撑层厚度变化的参数研究,可以看到增设适当厚度的支撑层能够达到更好的减振效果。
Vibration analysis of beams with sandwich constrained layer damping is extended to the case where the structure is covered by multiple standoff constrained layer damping patches. The Maxwell model, mode assumption method, finite element theory, energy -based approach and Lagrange equation are used to derive the equations governing the vibration displacement response of the system. Parametric studies are performed with the established analytical approach to study the effects of double patches with different thickness. It appears that the appropriate standoff layer thickness can yield better damping effect.
