摘要
根据谐波小波的相位锁定、窄带分析功能以及在时域具有明确的表达式的特点,给出基于谐波小波的自适应滤波方法及算法。该方法根据信号的相关性,通过谐波小波与振动信号在时域的相关运算,提取出动不平衡信号。基于Labview开发系统进行仿真和应用试验。结果表明:通过谐波小波自适应滤波,能够精确提取动不平衡信号。该滤波方法简单、实时性好,可满足高精度动平衡测试的要求,具有较强的应用价值。
Based on the characteristics of phase lock, narrow band analysis function and the explicit expression in time domain of harmonic wavelet, the method and algorithm of adaptive filtering are proposed. In virtue of the signal correlation in this method, the dynamic imbalance signal is extracted by the relevant computation of the harmonic wavelet and the vibration signal in time domain. Simulation and ap- plication tests are carried out in the Labview development system. Results show that through adaptive filtering based on harmonic wavelet, the dynamic imbalance signal can be extracted accurately. This filtering method is simple and good in real time. It can be adopted for high precision dynamic balancing measurement with rotating variation. It has a higher value in engineering application also.
