摘要
动力总成刚体惯性参数的精确确定是悬置系统设计的前提之一。在现有的识别方法基础之上,介绍并验证一种基于非线性阻尼支承系统的刚体惯性参数识别方法。该方法采用动力总成原装悬置系统作为支承,通过测量频响函数(FRF)求得刚体惯性参数,采用该方法充分考虑整车上悬置系统约束对动力总成惯性特征的实际影响。通过实例证明该方法的实用性和有效性。
Accurate determination of rigid body inertia parameters of powertrain is one of important prerequisites in the powertrain mounting system design. In this paper, an identification method of rigid body inertia parameters based on non linear damping mounting system is introduced and verified. In this method, three mounts of the powertrain are used as supports, and the inertia parameters of powertrain rigid body are gained by measuring the frequency response function (FRF). Influence of restraints of vehicle mounting system on the inertia parameters of powertrain rigid body is fully taken into account. The feasibility and reliability of the method are proved through an example.
