摘要
建立某轻型履带装甲车辆动力传动总成悬置系统振动模型,利用Matlab求得其固有频率、主振型和能量分布矩阵。针对固有频率偏高和振动耦合严重等问题,通过灵敏度分析,找出敏感参数,合理地进行刚度匹配,使悬置系统隔振效果大大提高。
A vibration model of the mounting system of power transmission assembly of light armored tracked vehicle is established. Matlab code is used to solve for its natural frequency, main vibration mode and energy distribution matrix. Aiming at some serious problems such as a slightly high natural frequency and vibration coupling, sensitivity analysis is carried out, the sensitivity parameters are determined, and the rigidity is reasonably matched. As a result, the vibration isolation effect of the mounting system is greatly enhanced.
