摘要
大涝坝集气处理站是一座以凝析油稳定和轻烃回收为目的的凝析天然气处理站,轻烃回收前采取分子筛两塔高压脱水工艺对湿气进行干燥,降低原料气的水露点,以满足深冷工艺生产需求。由于天然气处理量超负荷,前期生产中出现分子筛吸附过饱和、脱水效果差、深冷工艺流程冻堵等问题,为此实施了将两塔高压脱水流程改造为三塔流程的工艺。改造后,分子筛吸附时间缩短,再生时间延长,有效解决了脱水效果差及因其引发的相关生产问题,分子筛三塔高压脱水工艺在大涝坝集气处理站得到了较成功的应用。
Dalaoba gas gathering and treatment station is a condensate gas treatment station,in which condensate oil is stabilized and light hydrocarbon is recovered.To meet production requirements in further cold process,wet gas will be dried and water dew point of feed gas shall be reduced through molecular sieve 2-column high pressure dehydration process before light hydrocarbon recovery.As a result of overload gas treatment capacity,such problems existed in pre-production as over-saturated molecular sieve adsorption,poor dehydration effect,freezing and blocking.After 2-column was transformed to 3-column in high pressure dehydration process,molecular sieve adsorption duration became short and regeneration time became long,which solved the above mentioned problems effectively.Accordingly,the molecular sieve 3-column high pressure dehydration technique was applied successfully in Dalaoba gas gathering and treatment station.
