戈兰滩水电站2006年10月洪水回顾与反思

摘要 2006年10月,云南省李仙江戈兰滩水电站遭遇特大洪水袭击,在参建各方的共同努力下,取得了抗洪抢险的胜利。戈兰滩水电站地处狭窄河谷,洪水具有洪峰流量变差系数Cv小、偏态系数Cs大和洪峰平均值大的特点,适当提高建筑物设防洪水标准,工程量增加相对较小,对减少工程风险效果显著。 In October 2006,the Gelantan Hydropower Station on Lixian River suffered a catastrophic flood.With the joint efforts from all the related parties,the flood control and emergency treatment victory have been achieved at last.Gelantan Hydropower Station is located at a narrow(valley,) where the flood is characterized with a small peak flow variation coefficient Cv,a large skew ness coefficient Cs and a large mean peak flood value,thus it is with the relative smaller increase of quantity when adequately raising the flood control criteria for structures but it is with an obvious effect in minimizing the project risk.
