摘要
介绍低碳冷镦钢丝磷化过程的7个阶段,并对磷化机制进行详细分析,给出磷化过程的反应公式,指出增加磷化液中Zn2+的含量可以提高磷化膜面质量。试验中逐步提高磷化液的总酸度,并适当延长磷化时间。试验结果显示:总酸度提高到100点左右,磷化时间在10 min以上时,磷化膜面质量可增加到10 g/m2以上,但要加大磷化液循环,防止出现晶粒粗大现象。金相分析显示:磷化膜面质量达到9 g/m2以上时,出现粗结晶磷化组织。
To introduce seven phase of low carbon cold heading steel wire phosphating course, the phosphating mechanism is analyzed, the reaction formulae in phosphating are given out. It is pointed out that increasing zinc ion content in phosphating liquid can raise surface mass of phosphating film. The total acidity of phosphating solution was increased step by step in the test, and the phosphating time was prolonged suitable. Results show that surface mass of the film can reach above 10 g per square meter when total acidity reaehs about 100 points and phosphating time is above 10 min. But need to increase circulation of phosphating solution, to prevent coarse crystal phenomenon. Metallography analysis shows that coarse crystal microstructure appears as surface mass of phosphating film reaches above 9 g per square meter.
