To discuss the technical characteristics of Belgium FIB open-fire austenitizing furnace, patenting furnace, medium temperature hydrochloric acid pickling production line, hot galvanizing line and the equipment character of LAZ560/ 1000 double capstan spool continuous take-up and so on in Italy M ＋ E company. The structure of austenitizing furnace, working principle of pre-mixer, combustion of heating furnace and process of safe protection to control the atmosphere inside the furnace are introduced. Pickling equipment of high efficiency and environmental protection, nitrogen wiping equipment can guarantee the quality of plating. Through modem production way is applied to steel wire heat treatment and surface plating production, the technical requirements of Dv 90 - 120 mm · m/min in real production are met.
