摘要
钢丝绳是金属制品行业公认污染严重、能耗较高的产品。从研究和采用新工艺、新技术如钢丝绳填(涂)塑技术、明火加热技术等,以及控制原辅材料质量、谨慎更换原辅材料、提高钢丝绳工艺设计准确性、完善工艺装备、控制生产过程工艺质量、重视作业人员操作技能等方面入手采取各种措施,实现钢丝绳生产过程中的节能降耗、环境保护。
Wire rope is considered as heavy pollution and higher energy consumption products in steel wire products industry. It can realize energy saving and consumption redueing and environment protection to take such measures as controlling the quality of raw and auxiliary materials, changing raw and auxiliary materials carefully, raising veracity of wire rope process design, consummating process equipment and process control, thinking much of operation skills of workers on the aspect of researching and adopting new process and technology such as plastic filling or coating of wire rope, open fire to heat.
