According to the characters of structural machine and controlling system in LMF marine high-pressure air-compressor set and reason of failure produced by LMF marine high-pressure air-compressor set, the paper presented a reasonable solution. The concerned region of failure includes： failure of power equipment, humidity failure, anomaly of work pressure, failure of lubricating system and filter failure, which can make in-site operator remove failure rap- idly, ensuring the set to operate reliably.
