A Discussion of University Teacher-Student Relationship:A Cultural Perspective

大学师生关系在本质上是一种特殊的文化关系,从文化维度来考察大学师生关系不仅可以对大学师生关系的本质和规律有更清晰的认识,同时为建构和谐的现代大学师生关系提供了新的认识论和方法论基础。大学师生关系的和谐,有赖于大学师生文化价值体系的重建、教师文化霸权的自觉消解和学生正确"文化生态位"的确立。

The university teacher-student relationship is essentially a special cultural relationship. Inspecting it from the cultural perspective can help us to get a more accurate understanding to its essence and its rule, to provide new epistemology and methodology foundations for the construction of a harmonious modern university teacher-student relationship. The harmony between the university teacher and the university student depends on the reconstruction of the university teacher-student culture value systems, the spontaneous resolution of teachers’ culture hegemony and the establishment of students’ correct cultural ecology positions.
