The character ＂biang＂ in Biangbiang Noodle shows a kind of intcUigcncc and creation unanimously understood among the common people in terms of pronunciation and spelling, which is a typical local custom and cultural phenomenon. If some people insist on explaining the formation of this character by referring to ancient bibliographical books and records, it will end up with a failure likc cutting one＇ s fcct to suit the shoes.
