高脂血症患者超敏C反应蛋白与心血管病危险因素的相关研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的:观察高脂血症患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与心血管病危险因素之间的关系。方法:利用乳胶增强免疫比浊法和酶法,检测并比较120例健康体检者和2 560例高脂血症患者hs-CRP和载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ(APO A-Ⅰ)、载脂蛋白B(APO B)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,对高脂血症患者的hs-CRP和血脂水平进行相关分析。结果:高脂血症组hs-CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C、APO B水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且hs-CRP与TG、TC、LDL-C、APO B呈正相关(r=0.68,P<0.01),HDL-C、APO A-Ⅰ水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),且hs-CRP与HDL-C、APO A-Ⅰ呈负相关(r=-7.2,P<0.01)。结论:血脂代谢异常与炎症反应可能存在一定的相关关系。hs-CRP是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,与血脂联合检测对动脉粥样硬化,冠心病的诊断、治疗及预后判断有重要价值。 Objective:To study the relationship between serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and risk factors of Cardiovascular disease in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods : Hs-CRP and serum lipid ( TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, APO A-I , APO B ) were measured by the latex enhanced immunological method and enzymatic method on 120 healthy people and 2 560 cases of hyperlipidemia, hs-CRP and blood fat level of the patients with hyperlipidemia were analyzed. Results:The level of hs-CRP,TG,TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, APO B of hyperlipidemia were higher than that of the healthy group (P 〈 0. 01 )and the level of hs-CRP had positive relation with TG,TC, LDL-C, APO B( r = 0.68,P 〈 0.01 ). The level of HDL-C and APO A-I of hyperlipidemia were much lower than that of the healthy people (P 〈 0. 01 ) and the level of hs-CRP had negative relation with HDL-C and APO A- I ( r = - 7.2,P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:The abnormal of blood lipid metabolism was associated with the inflammatory reaction, hs-CRP may be a strong independent risk factor of future cardiovascular disease. The combined application of hs-CRP and serum lipids has more important significance for the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis estimate of atherosclerosis and coronary heart diseases.
