组织芯片技术探讨ERK1和p16在胃肠间质瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:应用组织芯片技术探讨细胞外信号调节激酶1(ERK1)与p16在胃肠间质瘤中的表达情况及两种蛋白间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化Maxvision法检测40例胃肠间质瘤和40例正常对照组中ERK1和p16的表达情况。结果:ERK1在胃肠间质瘤组中的表达水平高于正常对照组,而p16表达情况相反(P<0.032);未发现ERK1与p16之间有明确相关关系。结论:ERK1与p16可能参与了胃肠间质瘤的发生、发展过程;组织芯片技术可用于大规模高效检测临床样本,具快速、方便、经济、准确的特点。 Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation between extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK1) and p16 in gastrointestinal stromal tumor by tissue chip.Methods: The expressions of ERK1 and p16 were examined by the maxvision method in 40 GISTs and 40 normal in contrast group. Results: The expression of ERK1 was higher in GISTs than in the contrast group,while the expression of p16 was higher in the contrary.There was no obvious relation between ERK1 and p16. Conclusion: ERK1 and p16 may play a role in the development of GIST;the tissue chip is convenience,economic and reliable in large amount of testing samples.
