试论教师在专业发展中主体地位的回归 被引量:1

摘要 回归教师在专业发展中的主体地位,必须重视教师的个人实践知识和经验在专业发展中的作用,使教师成为学习者、研究者。但从内在条件和外在环境来说,教师必须在专业上对外在的"限制"与"界定"进行批判并加以超越才能获得真正的主体地位和专业自主发展。
