摘要
制备一种无细胞异体(或异种)真皮基质.完整保留基底膜复合物.胶原束结构和排列保持正常.将其与薄的刃厚自体皮复合移植应用于3例切削痂后的烧伤创面。结果:未发现对复合移植物的排异反应。创面愈合后.发现移植网状自体皮的网状形式已变得不明显.大张自体皮与异体真皮基质复合移植区出现较厚而特殊的脱屑,而与异种真皮基质复合移植时发现自体皮脱落而创面已上皮化的现象,均反映了愈合过程的特殊性。长期观察显示.较薄的刃厚自体皮与无细胞异体(或异种)真皮基质复合移植后的外观和功能等同或优于单纯刃厚自体皮移植。
An acellular allo-or xenodermal matrix with intact basement membrane complex and normal collagen bundle structure and arrangement was prepared, and then simultaneously grafted together with an overlying thin-split thickness autograft on the burned wound of 3 patients after eschar excision. No rejection to this composite skin graft was observed. After the wound was healed, it was found that the transplanted mesh autografts lost their former mesh pattern. Thicker and special desquamation appeared on the compostie graft site of large sheet of autograft with allograft dermal matrix, whereas, on the. composite graft site of large sheet of autograft and xenograft dermal matrix, shedding of autograft and epithelialization of the wound was formed. All of these phenoma reflected the peculiarity of the healing processes. Long-term observation showed that thin-split thickness autograft with the acellular all-or xenodermal matrix was equivalent to or even better than simple-split thickness autograft in respect to the appearance and function.
