历次石油危机回顾及对中国的警示

Review of Oil Crises and Their Warning to China

20世纪中后期,世界共爆发了三次石油危机,对世界经济产生了重大影响。从2002年至今,石油价格猛涨,第四次石油危机话题被重新提起。通过对石油危机发生条件的判断,得出现有因素不支持石油危机爆发的结论,但是需要提前做好准备。因此,在对20世纪日本及美国为应对石油危机而采取的相关措施的考察的基础上,提出中国应合理借鉴他国的经验,采取相应的对策,以迎接未来石油危机的挑战。

In the latter 20th century, there occurred three oil crises in the world, which inflicts a great impact on the world economy.From 2002 until now,oil price is soaring up,and the 4th oil crisis is rementioned.By a rational judgment of the conditions for oil crisis, it is proposed that the current conditions can not lead to oil crisis, but people should be well-prepared forit. On the basis of the precautions adopted by Japan and America, it is put forward that China should borrow foreign countries＇ experience and adopt some corresponding measures to meet the challenge of the oil crisis.
