内装炸药两种弹丸侵彻过程中装药安定性数值分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了考察某携药子弹在侵彻过程中的装药安定性能,利用LS-DYNA3D动力学分析软件对两种壳体的子弹在带有着角和攻角的不利情况下对靶板的侵彻过程进行了数值模拟。通过三维仿真得到有关子弹侵彻过程中两种壳体的等效应力及炸药所受压力的时程曲线。结果表明:两种壳体完整,均对中心装药起到了很好的保护作用,黑索金炸药安定性判据合格,为携药子弹壳厚选择及炸药安定性能的研究提供了依据。 In order to investigate the safety of the grain in the bullet penetration process, using the LS-DYN3D dynamic analysis software to simulate the process of two bullet shells under landing and attacking angles penetrating the target. By using 3 D simulation we get the time course curve about the equivalent stress of the two bullet shells and the pressure of the explosive. The result indicates that two bullet shells can be kept as integrity. The center grain is protected well and the criterion of the explosive safety is verified.
