摘要
依据空腔膨胀理论并结合牛顿第二定律,得到了弹丸侵彻介质时头部阻力表达式。为分析某产品出现半爆现象的原因,计算弹丸在侵彻不同介质时所受阻力,结果显示介质性质对侵彻阻力影响明显。经试验验证,故障现象与分析、计算结果基本吻合。在弹丸的运动条件和几何形状相同的情况下,地面介质的密度和强度越大,侵彻介质阻力越大。
According to cavity-expansion theory and Newton's second law, get expressions of penetrating resistance while the projectiles penetrate perpendicularly ground media. For analyse reasons of incomplete explosion in an event, calculate resistances while projectiles penetrate different media. The result shows that media quality markedly effect penetrating resistance. After testing, it shows failure phenomenon almost tallies with the result of analysis and calculation. When keep the shell at a uniform movement condition and shape, the higher the density and intension of the media are, the bigger the penetrating resistance will be.
