摘要
激光引信大多采用激光二极管作为光源,光强分布较为复杂,文中针对某型号激光二极管,在两个方向上分别采用基模高斯分布函数和多模高阶厄米-高斯分布函数混合叠加建立光强分布的数学模型并进行仿真计算,与实际测得的远场光强分布基本吻合。该数学模型为激光引信光学系统的设计及典型目标光学反射特性模型的建立提供一定的理论指导。
Laser diodes are widely used as laser source of laser fuze, but the intensity distribution of a beam from a laser diode is very complex. However, the intensity distributions of a certain type of laser diode in two directions are described respectively by fundamental mode Gaussian distribution and multi-mode Hermite-Gaussian distribution in this paper. The computed data is basically in accord with the experimental data. The mathematical model may provide some suggestions for the designing of optical system of laser fuze and the mathematical model of optical properties of typical objects.
