运用故障树分析法,分析某产品在内弹道试验过程中出现底火后退和脱落现象的原因,对可能造成此故障的因素进行研究和说明,并对不可排除的三个主要因素进行试验验证。试验结果表明,试验现象与原因分析基本吻合。可为类似故障分析提供参考。

Fault tree analysis was used to analyze the reasons of the primer falling back and dropping during an interior trajectory test. Research and expatiate possible factors for making the fault. And test to prove three factors that can not be eliminated. The result shows that test phenomenon accord with fault analysis by and large. It can provide reference for similar fault analysis.
