摘要
测量瞬态高温时,由于传感器自身的热惯性,使得测量结果与真实结果之间存在很大的动态误差。减小动态误差需建立温度传感器的动态数学模型,再进行动态误差修正。测量噪声使得辨识得到的数学模型存在误差,影响到测量系统的精度。利用小波分析对传感器输出信号进行消噪,再通过系统辨识方法建立传感器动态模型。经检验该方法可以达到理想的效果,为系统进行动态误差修正奠定了基础。
In transient high temperature measurement, there are great dynamic errors between measured results and the real signal for the thermal inertia of the transducer. Decreasing the dynamic error must establish the dynamic mathematical model, and then conduct crror correction. Because of measurement noises, the mathematical model is certain error, thus affecting the accuracy of the measurement. The output signals of the sensor were denoise by wavelet analysis, then established of the dynamic modeling of surface sensor through the way of system identification. Tested the method can aehieve the desired results and the model will be used to dynamic error calibration.
