论遂昌竹炭产业集群创新平台的构建

A Discussion on Building the Innovation Platform for Bamboo Charcoal Industrial Cluster of Suichang

遂昌县地处浙江西南山区,是著名的"中国竹炭之乡"和"中国竹炭产业基地",但是目前该县的竹炭产业发展面临着多种困境。在研究遂昌竹炭产业集群构建创新平台必要性的基础上,提出在构建创新平台的过程中,要以官产学研合作平台、技术创新平台和创新服务平台的建设为主,同时政府必须发挥主导作用的观点。

Suichang,located in the mountainous south-west of Zhejiang, is well-known of ＂Bamboo Charcoal Village of China,＂ and ＂ Base of China Bamboo Charcoal ＂. But the development of bamboo charcoal industry in the county is faced with a variety of difficulties. On the basis of the necessity of building the innovation platform for bamboo charcoal industrial cluster in Suichang, the article points out that it is important to build up the government-industry-university-research cooperation platform, technical innovation platform and service platform for building the innovation platform, during which the government must play a leading role.
