Katherine Mansfield was one of the greatest short story writers in the 20th century. This paper analyzed the disillusionment in her short stories and also analyzed how she deeply revealed the people＇s disillusionment from the childhood to the adulthood the theme at the beginning of the 20th century among the people in the west countries, combining her own bitter and dark life experience.
