课堂效率是个永恒的话题,而教师专业成长是提高课堂效率的关键之一,教师间的真正合作文化能促进教师专业的共同成长。由于中学英语教学缺乏英语语言环境和英语文化的特殊性,中学英语教师的专业成长更加需要真正的合作文化。但是现实的中学英语教学却缺少真正的合作文化氛围,这严重影响着教师的专业发展和教学效率的提高。文章主要分析中学英语教学的合作现状和所存在的问题,探讨解决问题的对策。

Classroom efficiency is always playing an important role in education, which is based on teachers＇ professional development. Genuine cooperation between teachers can enhance professional development among all the teachers. A lack of English environment and English culture makes it absolutely necessary for middle school teachers to embrace genuine cooperation, which fails to attract middle school English teachers＇ attention. So it＇s urgent to analyze the problems and the strategies to solve them.
