摘要 为了实现潜油电泵机组的转速测量,对振动检测系统和信号处理方法进行设计。振动检测系统的核心为数字信号处理器和三维加速度传感器。利用Chirp-Z变换可实现信号的任意窄带高分辨率分析的特点,对振动基频附近的窄带范围进行谱分析,从而精确地得到机组的转速。试验结果表明,测速系统的测量精度可以达到0.1%,完全满足测量要求。设计方法适用于很多测速场合,具有推广价值。 In order to measure the rotation speed of electric submersible pumps (ESP), the vibration detecting system and vibration signal processing method were studied. Digital signal processor (DSP) and three-axis accelerometer act as the core in the vibration detecting system. With the advantage of analyzing in a narrowband with high resolution, Chirp-Z transform was used in spectrum zooming analysis near the base vibration frequency. The test results show that the relative measurement accuracy can reach 0. 1%. The experimental results show that this method satisfies the precision and real-time request. This method can be used in many occasions and is of great value to spread.
