该文介绍了广西壮族自治区东兴市的概念规划。此方案试图建立跨越自然、跨越文化之双桥,寻找通向东兴城市和谐发展的未来之桥;实现山与水的对话,打造山水之城;实现中国与越南的链接,搭建起人们的心灵之桥。使东兴成为一个融于自然,人文和谐,经济活跃的边陲小城。

This article introduces the conceptual planning of Dongxing City in Guangxi Region. The planning tries to build two bridges over nature and culture, find ways leading to harmonious development of the city, actualize dialogue between mountain and water creating landscape city, and realize the link between China and Vietnam founding a spirit bridge between the two peoples, so as to make Dongxing, the small frontier city, integrated into nature, harmonious with culture, and active in economy.
