摘要
以人为本是科学发展观的核心。高等教育也要以人为本。从教育产品的角度来看,由于知识的分散性与有限理性、精英教育的时代局限性以及当代大学生的"价值困境"问题的存在,专业教育难以克服内在的困境,因此,必须大力发展通识教育。通识教育既有利于专业教育的质量提升,同时也是组织学习的新模式,有利于社会整体人文科学素质的提高,从而实现人的全面发展。也有利于培养社会共识,形成社会可持续发展的合力。
People-oriented is the core of the scientific development concept. Higher education is also to people-oriented, from the angle of educational products, professional education is hard to overcome the inherent difficulties because of the existence of the spread of knowledge and bounded rationality, the limitations of elite education as well a^s the contemporary college students' value dilemma. Therefore, we must vigorously develop General Education. General Education will help enhance the quality of professional education. As a new model of organizational learning, it will help improve quality of the human sciences as a whole and get an all-round development, h^ster social consensus and make efforts of social sustainable development.
