摘要 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)数量变化及其相关基因Foxp3 mRNA的表达改变,探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在诱导肿瘤免疫耐受中的作用。方法:采用流式细胞术检测患者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞数量变化;采用半定量RT-PCR方法检测肺癌患者外周血PBMC中Foxp3 mRNA的表达水平。选取30名非肿瘤患者作为对照。结果:肺癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞数量明显高于正常组(P<0.05);Foxp3 mRNA在肺鳞癌和肺腺癌患者外周血PBMC中的表达明显增强(P<0.05)。结论:CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞可能在肺癌免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。 Objective: To investigate the changes of CD4+CD25+ T cells and expression of Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to analyze the contents of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood from the patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma and patients without cancer as control. The expression of Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuelear cells was detected by RT-PCR. Results: The population ofCD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood from the patients with non-smallcell lung carcinoma was significantly higher in comparison with that of control (P〈0.05). The expression of Foxp3 mRNA in patients with lung carcinoma was also significantly higher in comparison with that of control (P〈0.05) Conclusion.CD4+CD25+ regulatory T ceils and its related Foxp3 may play an important role in the immune of tumor.
