摘要
目的:评价4股半腱肌肌腱重建交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法:对18例前交叉韧带断裂、2例后交叉韧带断裂患者在关节镜下采用4股半腱肌肌腱进行重建。结果:20例患者均获得2～12个月随访,所有患者均无伸膝活动受限,膝关节屈曲活动均>110°。结论:关节镜下采用4股半腱肌肌腱和微型纽扣钢板重建交叉韧带,手术创伤小,重建韧带强度大,临床效果满意。
Objective：To evaluate the short-term results of reconstruction of PCL,ACL with quadruple-stranded semitendinosus tendon and to discuss the key points of the surgery and postoperative rehabilitation. Methods： 18 cases of ACL,2 cases of PCL ruptures were reconstrucled arthroscopically with quadruple-stranded semitendinosus tendon. Results： 20 patients were followed up 2 to 12 months,without flexion limitation of knee joint,and the flexion of the knee joint 〉 110°. Conclusion： Arthroscopic reconstruction of cuciate ligament with quadruplw-stranded semitendinosus tendon can result in limited invasion,strong graft and satisfactory clinical results.
