摘要
目的:研究低剂量化疗药物环磷酰胺(CYT)对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:应用3H-TdR掺入法,然后用液体闪烁计数仪测定cpm(每分钟计数)值。结果:低剂量CYT组的淋巴细胞转化能力及胸腺自发掺入能力与相应的对照组比均有不同程度的提高(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量CYT可以改善机体的免疫功能,并能减轻大剂量CYT所造成的免疫抑制,为肿瘤临床治疗提供了实验依据。
Objective:Taking S180-bearing Kunming mice as an animal model,we systematically investigated the effect of low dose CYT on immunologic functions of S180-bearing mice in vivo.Methods:Using method of 3H-TdR mixing ,we measured No.of cpm/5×105 cells.Results:The results showed that low dose CYT could enhance spontaneous proliferation of thymocytes and synergically ConA-induced mitogentic response of splenocytes.Conclusion:It suggests that low dose CYT could improve body′s immunologic function and lighten immunosuppression caused by high dose CYT.All mentioned above could provide experimental basis for the clinical treatment of tumor.
