摘要
民族自治地方体育场地设施是民族自治地方人们参加体育活动,享受体育权利的前提,是提高民族自治地方人民身体素质的基础保障。近年来,虽然民族自治地方体育场地设施建设取得了一定的进展,但现有体育场地设施建设远不能够满足民族自治地方人们对体育健身的需要。当前,亟需加强和完善民族自治地方体育法制建设,从而为民族地方体育场地设施提供法律上的有效保护。
The sports venues and facilities in ethnic autonomous areas are a prerequisite to people participating sports and the basic ensure to promoting people＇s physical quality. In this article, the present condition of sports venues and facilities in ethnic autonomous areas are analyzed, and the solutions and advices are put forward for better legal protection of sports venues and facilities and the sustainable development of sports in ethnic autonomous areas.
