摘要
目的:定量研究人胎儿主泪腺发育过程;方法:利用计算机辅助图像分析系统对人胎儿主泪腺发育过程中,腺体成分和间质成分、分泌细胞及其所含PAS颗粒进行定量动态观察;结果:人胎儿主泪腺发育过程中细胞成分及功能均有定量改变;结论:此方法可以广泛用于定量研究眼组织的胚胎发育过程。
Objective:To study the process of human fetal lacrymal gland development quantitativelly.Methods:A computerized imaging analysis system was applied to measure the dynamic changes of cell components and their functions during the development.Results:Variations of cell components and functions happened at different stages of the developmental process.Conclusion:The image analysis system could be widely applied in the field of study for eye development.
