顿服米非司酮终止早孕的临床观察

Clinical observation on terminating early pregnancy by an oral dose of Ru486 150 mg

目的：简化药物流产的的服药过程。方法：一次性口服米非司酮１５０ｍｇ，隔日服米索前列醇６００μｇ，观察流产效果。结果：胎囊平均排出时间２．７ｈ，完全流产率９４．９％。结论：此种给药方法简便、迅速、安全、有效，值得推广临床使用。

Objective:To simplify the process of abortion by taking medicine.Methods:An oral dose of Ru486 150 mg and an oral dose of misoprostol 600 μg every other day were give,observing the effect of abortion.Results:Average ejection-time of blastula was 2.7 hours.The complete abortion rate was 94.9%.Conclusion:The method was convenient,rapid,safe and effective.It can be spread in clinincal use.
