THE EFFECTS OF K^+ ON Ti-PILC ADSORPTION AND PHTOCATALYTIC DEGRADATION

摘要 以钙基膨润土和由四氯化钛-丙三醇-乙醇组成的柱撑剂,水热合成了钛柱撑复合物Ti-PILC,考察了多种金属阳离子在(Ti-PILC)上的吸附和光催化降解甲基橙性能的影响。结果显示:金属离子影响Ti-PILC上吸附甲基橙的次序为:K^+>Fe^(3+)>Ti-PILC>Mg^(2+)>Al^(3+)>Cu^(2+)>Na^+;而影响光催化降解次序为:Cu^(2+)≈K^+>Na^+>Ti-PILC>Mg^(2+)≈Al^(3+)>Fe^(3+)。[K^+](中括号表示浓度)在50mg/L时对吸附促进作用最大,100~200mg/L时对光催化降解促进作用最大,对100mg/L甲基橙,1h脱色达96%。向溶液中直接添加K^+易富集在Ti-PILC表面,其效果较经K^+交换的Ti-PILC光催化性能更优。对所考察的6种偶氮染料的光降解发现:K^+的添加对结构上带有斥电子基团和磺酸钠基团的偶氮染料光降解有促进作用。 Ti-PILC was prepared directly from Ca-Mont and TiCl4-glyeerol-ethanol as pillared reagent, and the effects of a variety of metal cations on the capability of Ti-PILC adsorbiing and photocatalytic degradation methyl orange aqueous solution were discussed. The results show that influence order of the metal cations on Ti-PILC adsorbing methyl orange is as follows: K+ 〉 Fe3+ 〉 Ti-PIL 〉 Mg2+ 〉 A13+ 〉 Cu2+ 〉 Na+ , and the order for photocatalytie degradating methyl orange: Cu2+ + K+ 〉 Na+ 〉 Ti-PILC 〉 Mg2+ + M3+ 〉 Fe3+ . The adsorption on Ti-PILC reached the maximum values when K+ concentration was 50mg/L. The photocatalytic degradati effect on Ti-PILC achieved the best with apparent decolored ratio 96% in solution with methyl orange of 100mg/L when the concentration of added K+ was 200mg/L. K+ directly added in- to the aqueous solution can be easily enriched on the surface of Ti-PILC, and its photocatalytic capability was better than potass ion-exchanged Ti-PILC. The photocatalytic degradation results of six azo dyes show that assisted catalysis of K+ is suited to azo dyes with repellent electron groups or sodium sulfonate groups.
