类风湿性关节炎气阴两虚证与sIL-2R关系的探讨

Study on Relationship between Qi Yin Liangxu Symptom with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Soluble IL-2 Receptor Levels in Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的：探讨类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）气阴两虚证与血清可溶性白细胞介素Ⅱ受体（ｓＩＬ—２Ｒ）的关系。方法：用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ法）对３２例ＲＡ气阴两虚证患者及３２例正常人血清ｓＩＬ—２Ｒ的水平进行了检测。结果：所测ＲＡ患者ｓＩＬ—２Ｒ水平升高，治疗后又明显下降，症状也明显改善。结论：ｓＩＬ—２Ｒ可作为ＲＡ气阴两虚证活动的指标。

Soluble IL-2 receptor (sIL-2R) has been measured in 32 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and donors as normal controls by using ELISA.The result showed:①the levels of sIL-2R was higher in RA than that in normal controls;②the effective anti rheumatic treatment would lead to an improecment of Symptoms and a decline of serum sIL-2R levels.The assay of serum sIL-2R might give a help to monitor the disease activity.
