提高多金属精矿炭浆提金回收率的实践

摘要 介绍了灵宝市金源矿业有限公司为提高浮选多金属的粗精矿炭浆提金回收率,开发碱盐+石灰联合碱浸技术,提高碱浸预处理的效能,解决了浸出供氧不足的难题;采用旋流浓缩+浓缩机倾斜管高效化技术,保证了浸前浓缩矿浆浓度;炭浆提金回收率提高7.85%。 In order to improve the recovery ratio of charcoal thick fuid carries a gold for multi metal fining ore, Ling Ban city Jinyuan mining industry co. developed the alkali salt plus lime integrated soaking technology to improve the alkali soaking pretreated effect and solved the problem of insufficient oxygen supply;The whirl flow concentrating and high efficiency concentrating technology were used to assure the concentration before sooking ;The recovery ratio obtain a increase of 7.85%.
