摘要
针对横剪电机控制系统对电机及电网的电流冲击较大、能耗高等问题,采用变频器对其进行改造。结果表明,经过改造不仅从根本上解决了老系统控制精度低、设备老化、备件难以准备等问题,而且达到了节能降耗的目标。
The invert was used to solve the larger current impacting and high onergy consumpting caused by control system of transverse scissor's motor The result show that low precision of old control system, equipment aging and difficult to preparation were solved radically,at the same time,energy consumption was reduced.
