公司社会责任国际标准对我国的出口贸易产生了强烈的冲击。学界的首要任务就是从法理学和法哲学的视角对公司社会责任国际标准的产生及其正当性进行厘清。从市民社会立法角度来看,公司社会责任国际标准的产生是一场轰轰烈烈的市民社会造法运动;从法学研究的范式转换角度解读,公司社会责任标准的产生是跨国劳动法范式的勃兴。

International standards of corporate social responsibility had a strong impact on export trade of China. The top priority of academic circle is to carry out clearly the emergence of international standards of corporate social responsibility and its justification from the perspective of philosophy of law and juris- prudence. From the public point of view of social legislation, the emergence of international standards of corporate social responsibility is a vigorous movement of civil society campaign law-making;from the law paradigm conversion interpretation, the emergence of corporate social responsibility standards is transna- tional labor law.
