摘要
采用浸渍法制备了Pd-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂,并对其进行了透射电镜(TEM),X-射线衍射(XRD)和X-光电子能谱(XPS)表征。此催化剂的甲烷燃烧活性评价结果表明,还原处理大大提高了催化剂活性;Ce的添加有利于CH4的燃烧反应。活性组分在载体γ-Al2O3上呈高分散状态,添加Ce后生成钙钛矿类化合物能够提高催化剂的活性。
Catalytic combustion of methane was investigated on the Pd-Ce/γ-Al2O3 catalysts prepared by impregnation method, and the catalysts were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) techniques. The results showed that reduction treatment could significantly improve the catalytic activity of Pd-Ce/γ-Al2O3 catalyst. Compared with Pd/γ-Al2O3, Pd-Ce/γ-Al2O3performed better for methane catalytic combustion, which was due to that with the addition of Ce, the metallic particles were highly dispersed over γ -AlO3 support and a porovskite-type compound which favors methane catalytic combustion formed .
