摘要
设计了一种能在CJK6032型数控车床上使用的自动对刀仪,该对刀仪采用光栅测量电路,通过安装在架体上的光电接收装置收到信号后转化为对刀块的移动距离,并在数字显示表上显示出来.通过相关计算后,可得出建立工件坐标系所需的坐标值和刀具的补偿值.采用这种新型的对刀仪,在经济型数控车床上可一次对出4把车刀的位置,对刀准确,使用非常方便,能够提高数控车床的加工效率.
A kind of the automatic tool setting gauge has been designed to be used on CJK6032 type CNC lathe. The raster is used to measure circuit. Changing the signal that is received by the photoelectric is set into the motion distance of the cutting tools, and it is shown on the digital system. By relevant calculation, coordinate of landmarks and exposure compensation value of the cutting tools can be gained. The advantage of the newly designed tool setting gauge is that it can work out the exact position of 4 cutting tools at a time. It is really accurate,very easy to use, and can improve the processing efficiency of CNC lathe.
