摘要
介绍了Au-Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂的制备方法及其在CH4-CO2重整反应中的催化活性评价。催化活性数据显示,Au的添加能有效地改善催化剂的抗积炭性和稳定性。运用TPR、NH3-TPD、XRD等方法对不同Au含量的催化剂进行了表征分析,结果表明:随着Au含量的增加,Au束缚了高活性位的Ni,使催化剂的活性降低,增强了催化剂的抗积炭性能。
The preparation of Au-Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalyst is introduced in this article, and the activity is tested on the reforming of CH4 with CO2. Catalytic activity results have showed that the addition of Au enhances the stability of the Ni samples. The catalysts is characterized by TPR,NH3 -TPD,XRD techniques. The results indicate that the improvement of the resistance of carbon deposit is attributed to the binding of the high activity Ni atom with Au by the increase of the Au content.
