摘要
通过不同培养处理,对龙胆草斑枯病菌生物学特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:病菌在8℃~30℃范围内能够生长发育,但最适温度是25℃。病原菌对营养要求较严格,在PDA+寄主煎汁培养基上生长发育最好。对C源的利用上,单糖好于双糖,双糖好于多糖。该病菌属喜铵态氮的真菌,病菌产孢需要光照,但光照对生长影响不明显。病菌分生孢子在温度5℃~32℃,pH45~73,相对湿度96%以上条件下都可以萌发,但在温度25℃、pH62、水中有空气条件下。
The results showed that the pathogen can grow and develop form 8℃ to 30℃, but the optimum growth temperature is 25℃; the nutritions are more important to pathogen, it developes the best on the medium PDA+decoct host; the monosaccharides are more than the disaccharides, the disaccharides are more than the polysaccharides; the pathogen belonges to like using the ammonia nitrogen. Forming spores need the light, but the affect of the light is not obvious to pathogen growth; The conidia can germinate between 5℃~32℃, pH 45~7.3 and above RH 96%; but the germination rate the hightes when temperature is 25℃, pH 6.2 and there is air.
